CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines announced by the Government recently, we have temporarily closed the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience and postponed all Triumph Factory Tours scheduled within the next few weeks.
We will of course honour all existing Factory Tour bookings, and will be contacting everyone affected to offer replacement voucher codes that can be used for re-booking at a later date.

The Triumph Visitor Experience is at Triumph's main factory site which is located at Normandy Way, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3BZ, on the A47 between Leicester and Coventry. The site is within easy reach from the M1, M6 and M69 motorways.
When using a Sat Nav, our postcode will lead you to a nearby industrial estate on Dodwells Road/A47. Where possible, please search in advance on a digital map service to help you locate ‘Triumph Motorcycles Factory Visitor Experience’.
From the South, please proceed on the A47 away from the A5, towards Earl Shilton until you reach a roundabout which signposts ‘Motorcycle Factory’.
We are located directly on this roundabout, which joins Dodwells Road with Normandy Way on the A47.
AVENUE OF LEGENDS
Once you've parked, see if your Triumph motorcycling hero has been featured on our 'Avenue of Legends', which is the path that leads to the Triumph Visitor Experience entrance.
Admission
The Triumph Visitor Experience is free and everyone is welcome to this family-friendly experience. In addition, we have a Triumph merchandise store and café facilities. An optional Factory Tour is also available, and this is priced at £20 per person.

Factory Tour
A guided Factory Tour is available and priced at £20 per person which must be booked in advance of your visit. This is a guided tour that will commence and finish at the Visitor Experience's 1902 cafe, and will take approximately 90 minutes. We welcome children of all ages but under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as we are a manufacturing facility and safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff and other guests.

GROUP TOURS
Each Factory Tour has a maximum group number of 15. If your group exceeds 15 in number, then please call us on 01455 453088 and we'll advise on how we can accommodate everyone as conveniently as possible.
WI-FI
As you've taken the time to visit us, we're not going to rush you; which is why our café has free wi-fi for all guests to use.
MERCHANDISE
The Triumph Visitor Experience Store is the only place you can find this exclusive collection of clothing, merchandise and memorabilia.
ACCESSIBILITY
The free Visitor Experience is located on both the ground floor and first floor, with both stair access and lift access for accessibility and convenience.

PARKING
There's ample parking for bikes and cars at the Triumph Visitor Experience, including disabled bays close to the entrance.
RESTROOMS
Ground floor male, female and disabled restrooms are available and free to use for visitors. Baby changing facilities are available.

Bags. There is a designated locker area for bags and belongings for the duration of your Factory Tour. Please note that you will need to keep cameras and phones in a secure locker during your tour.
Carers. Full-time carers may accompany a paying registered disabled visitor free of charge. Please bring your proof of carer status when you arrive: carer's ID badge, signed letter from employer on headed notepaper indicating your carer status, or letter from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are all fine.
Children. We welcome children of all ages but under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as we are a manufacturing facility and safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff and other guests.
Dogs. Accredited assistance and guide dogs are welcome in the Visitor Experience, including the Café and Factory Tour.
Factory Tour times. From time to time, our available Factory Tour times may change. See the Admissions section above for full details.
Footwear. We highly recommend all visitors wear flat, closed-toe shoes during their Factory Tour for comfort and safety.
Helmets and rider wear. Factory Tour visitors will have a secure locker in which to place helmets, rider wear and other personal items for the duration of their tour.
Refunds. We're sorry, but once a Factory Tour is booked, we're unable to arrange a refund if you cancel.
Parking. Free parking is available onsite, including designated disabled parking bays.
Photography. Unfortunately, taking pictures is not permitted on the Factory Tour but is allowed everywhere else within the Visitor Experience. Postcard pictures of the factory are available in the Store.
Rest rooms. Ground floor male, female and disabled restrooms are available and free to use for visitors. Baby changing facilities are available.
HALF PRICE NATIONAL MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM ADMISSION
To celebrate our association with the National Motorcycle Museum we are delighted to offer every Triumph Factory Tour customer a half price admission voucher to the stunning National Motorcycle Museum collection. Please collect your voucher at the end of your tour and present this at the National Motorcycle Museum admission desk.
