• Apply a small amount of mild detergent directly to the affected area and gently rub with a sponge.
• Don’t rub too harshly - as this will ruin the mesh.
• Rinse the spot with clean water to remove any detergent residue.

WASHING YOUR MESH JACKET:

• Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent.
• Submerge the jacket and gently agitate it for a few minutes.
• Rinse the jacket thoroughly with clean water to remove all detergent residues.
• Do not use bleach on the mesh.

DRYING YOUR MESH JACKET:

• Gently squeeze out excess water from the jacket.
• Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as it may distort its shape or damage the material.
• Hang the jacket to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
• Strictly avoid direct sunlight or heat sources that could potentially damage the fabric.
• Do not tumble dry, as the high heat or fast spin of the machine can harm the mesh fabric and other components of the jacket.
• Do not iron.

REASSEMBLE YOUR MESH JACKET:

• Ensure that the jacket is completely dry before reassembling.
• Insert the armour back into the jacket and attach the liner.

HOW TO MAINTAIN BREATHABILITY AND COMFORT

• Brush off dust after every ride

A soft brush or cloth removes surface dirt before it settles into the mesh.

• Spot clean sweat‑prone areas

Collars, cuffs, and inner linings benefit from occasional spot cleaning to prevent odour build‑up.

• Freshen the lining

If your jacket has a removable liner, wash it the same as the outer to avoid shrinkage and distortion. This keeps the interior feeling clean and comfortable.
