Please note, Triumph shall not be obliged to review any requests for the following:

• Unsolicited product ideas.
• Products that require financial support from Triumph.
• Products that would require manufacture by Triumph.

To avoid any misunderstandings or disputes, in all cases, prior to any submission (including of any licensing proposals, creative ideas or business propositions) Triumph requires that you must enter into a written contract with us which is appropriate for such discussions.

PLEASE NOTE: If you submit any proposals (other than a simple request for consideration) before entering into a contract with Triumph, you expressly agree by submitting such proposal that any ideas, suggestions, proposals, materials, concepts or other information (“Information”) in your submission(s) shall be treated as non-confidential, and the property of Triumph. Triumph shall be entitled to seek protection and/or registration of all rights comprised within such Information including but not limited to any intellectual property rights. Triumph shall be under no obligation to compensate you or any third parties in respect of the use of the content of your submission(s) for any purpose.
