TRIUMPH CONTINUES PARTNERSHIP WITH BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTES
UPCOMING NEW ADIRONDACKS, NEW YORK BDR-X
- Featuring Tiger 900 Rally Pro, Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer & Scrambler 1200 XE motorcycles
- 700‑mile loop expands Northeast adventure riding opportunities
With an ongoing commitment to supporting adventure motorcycling around the globe, Triumph Motorcycles America has announced the continuation of its partnership with Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDR) as a presenting sponsor of the all‑new Adirondacks, New York BDR‑X.
This latest collaboration builds on Triumph’s growing involvement with BDR projects across the country and underscores a shared mission to expand responsible off-road riding opportunities while supporting rural communities and delivering world class adventure riding experiences. Showcasing the breadth and capability of Triumph’s adventure lineup, three models were featured during filming, including the Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer for long distance performance and touring capability, the Tiger 900 Rally Pro for balanced all terrain versatility, and the Scrambler 1200 XE for agile off-road proficiency across more technical terrain.
The Adirondacks BDR-X is a 700-mile adventure route looping Adirondack Park in northern New York State. Totaling 6 million acres, the Adirondack Park is the largest publicly protected area in the contiguous United States.
Riders will experience a collection of beautiful twisting tarmac, lightly-maintained seasonal roads through pristine natural areas, as well as the occasional rocky, sandy, or muddy pathway. The majestic beauty of the tight forested canopy is abundant through the countless state and wild forests of the Adirondacks. Water is found throughout the route as it meanders through expansive valleys full of flowing rivers and stunning lakes. Designed with approximately 50% pavement, this route is approachable for most adventure riders and delivers the full BDR experience for new and seasoned riders alike.
